center – Tanger Outlets at The Arches in Deer
Park – has a blowout grand opening on Oct. 23,
overcoming the weak economy, heavy traffic,
wet weather and huge crowds. And Chelsea
Property Group opens the 90,000-sf expansion
of its busy Orlando Premium Outlets center,
while Prime Retail expands Prime Outlets-St.
Augustine (Fla.).
