than 10 percent; Louisiana Boardwalk starts on
Marriott hotel; Prime Retail adds 12 new tenants
in St. Augustine, Fla.; and work wraps up to
expand Woodburn (Ore.) Company Stores.

After more than two-and-a-half-years, a $15-
million make-over has given Centralia Outlets
in Washington state the perfect 20th birthday
gift: a new lease on life.
