Chelsea Japan opens its fourth outlet project, growing its portfolio
to more than 1 million sf. Shoppers are swamping Tosu Premium Outlets,
which serves Fukuoka, Japan’s fourth largest city. The joint
venture between Roseland, N.J.-based Chelsea Property Group and two
Japanese partners expects to open a total of eight to 10 outlet centers
