German Connection
Two years after opening Designer Outlet Zweibrucken in Germany,
Outlet Centres International is buoyed by a year that saw a 37-percent
increase in sales. OCI is planning an expansion to that project
and the development of a new center in the Berlin market on a site
that McArthurGlen had once planned to develop.

Yearend 2002 Sales Data
ICSC releases the latest installment of its exclusive outlet sales data,

two months of 2002, which shows that comp sales were down slightly for
the year among the retail companies participating in the survey
